Risk and Loss Policy.
Please note that you enter the Dazzling Bronze Sunless Tanning & Beauty Salon at your own risk.
We will not be held responsible for any death, theft, damage, injury, loss of misfortune that may occur while you are in the Dazzling Bronze Salon Sunless Tanning & Beauty Salon, other than where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you.
Where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you, we will still not be held liable for such harm where we did not know that the products were defective when we received them, where we could not reasonably have been expected to have known that the products were defective or where products became defective due to us complying with instructions provided to us by a third party.
RETURN/REFUNDS: Dazzling Bronze Sunless Tanning & Beauty Salon have a 7 day return/refund policy. Only Factory defaults will be refunded or exchange.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Certain treatments are not recommended for clients with medical conditions or using certain medications. Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or have any skin problem, medical condition or medication which may potentially be affected by a treatment. It also stay the responsibility of the client to advice your therapist of any changes in your medical history or medications.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED: We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the Dazzling Bronze Sunless & Beauty Salon if they are offending or disturbing other customers, therapist.
TANNING: Please read and observe the written guidelines displayed in the sun bed rooms and consult a doctor if you are unsure about safe levels of exposure for your own skin type.
The exposure to UVA radiation (as emitted by sun beds) may predispose you to UVA damage, which may be linked to the development of skin cancer.
Sun beds may only be used by members over the age of 18 years.
By utilising the sun bed facility, the user warrants that he/she is physically and medically fit to proceed with the normal routine of sunbathing, artificially or otherwise, and acknowledges that Dazzling Bronze will not be held responsible for any injury or loss to their person or property whether through negligence and/or omissions on the part of Dazzling Bronze and/or any employee, and/or any agent for any reason what so ever.
Privacy Policy.
All client information falls under the privacy policy which states that no personnal information will be used or made available publically or published on this site without client consent.

Terms of Use.
WAIVER AND RELEASE: All client will be required to sign the following waiver and release aggreement before all consultations:
I agree and acknowledge: that the Company will not be liable for death, injury, loss or damage suffered by me through or contributing to by any cause whatsoever including but not limited to, any negligent (including gross negligent) act and/or omission or breach of contract on the part of the Company, its directors, employees, contractors, independent consultants or other members(s); that Company premises will invariably be entered and exited (inclusive of the parking areas) entirely at my own risk and that the Company equipment and facilities will, furthermore, be utilized on this very same basis; that the Company would not be vicariously liable for any loss or damage suffered by me and/or other member(s) as a result of theft on the part of its employees, independent contractors, consultants or other member(s). I and/or my estate, furthermore, indemnified the Company against any claim by any person arising directly or indirectly from my death, injury, loss or damage suffered by a member, allegedly caused or contributed to any act or omission by the Company, its directors, employees, contractors, consultants and agents.
